Only because it is located in Lisbon, where the weather is good!

- During recruitment are those things that never occur - Communication failures between organizational departments - Service welcome and support very poor - Apartments made available to employees of poor quality and problems with the electrical system and plumbing that are never resolved resulting inconvenience - Repeated errors in the payroll at the expense of the worker course - Monthly payment system incorrectly. In three months I worked there I was paid three days, and it was a normal thing for them. - Implementation illegal breaks during working hours - If you work them, always check your paycheck and understand what your real rights. - The project leaders did not live up to their role

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
