My experience was from the Google Cloud line of business. This review is an attempt to highlight some of the less than desirable conditions and practice at the workplace, which the management seem to either ignore or have previous little influence to bring about change. I hope this review will change their current trajectory. 1. Staff are expected to greet prospects on the phone by claiming we are from the Google team but the prospects will see the caller ID as "unknown", causing suspicion and unnecessary hurdle to face at work 2. Teleperformance has their own interests which does not always align well with Google's or their staff team's. The result is the ever changing and often inflated performance targets. It is not uncommon to have a quarterly target that is 50-70% higher than of the previous quarter. In an attempt to impress their client (Google), performance targets that are higher than what Google has assigned is observed on multiple occasions. Quarterly targets often change one month into the quarter, rendering some of the staff's efforts and pipeline useless. There has been no visible attempts to address the above. 3. Depending on the manager, micromanagement is often a topic of discussion among the staff team members.
