Pros

Overtime, training is Monday through Friday, Some of the supervisors are nice, sometimes food is catered...that's it

Humana Customer service Campaign is horrible. They put me through a 3pm-11:30pm pm training for 10 weeks . After I graduated training, Me and about 11 more Co workers were told we couldn't work In humana's customer service department because we didn't have log in credentials (recruiting never had us on the roster to even receive login in credentials ). Hr Came in one day and said we had to transfer to humana Pharmacy or else we would be terminated. Now after spending 10 Weeks in Customer service training we spent another 3 weeks in humana Pharmacy training....ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS A SALES POSITION. WE HAD TO HAVE E AT LEAST 8 ENROLLMENTS A DAY. NOT TO MENTION OUR PAY WAS DROPPED FROM $10 AN HOUR TO $9 AN HOUR Only 30 minute lunch breaks, no paid holidays, insurance is too high

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
