Absolutely none! They will gaslight you for anything & everything!

- Gaslight you - Expect you to work ALL bank holidays this includes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day WITHOUT EXTRA PAY OR TIME OFF - Their IT & HR don’t even know what they are doing again will gaslight you plus the IT people they hire will tell you to do things you’ve already done over and over again - You get 10 (I only got 9) days of diabolical training and expected to know what I was doing even when I constantly asked for help I was told ‘Make do with what you know you’ll soon learn’ They’ll have people train you who don’t even know what they are doing or even worked on the systems of the campaign your on - They will harass you if you go on sick leave even if you give them a sick note - No manager ever gets back to you coz they are all quiet clearly away from their computers all day - They will discriminate against you (this has happened to many people on my team when I was there) - When you ask for help from a floorwalker they are never available although TP will lie to your face and tell you there will always be help —— the list could go on and is endless….

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
