-the tasks in this job were different then they explained in the job interview -if you do not reach the bonus (and not everyone does) the salary is too low for what you are doing and the hours you are working -pressure, mikromanagement (they record all of your calls, looking at the amount of time you spend on the phone etc. Might be normal for a Call Center but I felt like there was too much control) -no flexibility, working hours from 9 to 6 -you can not really reach HR, only via message and often they do not reply at all or do not give you a helpful reply, I never worked in a company before where is no option to speak to HR on the phone or get a contact from a real person -Take care of your payslip, it happens that teleperformance takes the wrong amount of taxes from your salary. Or even worse it happens in some cases that people get paid the wrong salary and it can take weeks or months to get the money back -shedule of one week office, one week homeoffice - could be more homeoffice in my opinion -If you work for the Google Project be aware of that its not possible to reach their customer service, actually a technical support does not exist, so you have to deal with a lot of complaints and there is not really a way to offer a solution
