Pros

Great team and culture. The Google Ads campaign was a great opportunity for anyone who wants a career in PPC or Marketing to upskill and learn. Team meetings and huddle structure were insightful, atmosphere was fun. Had some elements of a tec office with toys and games.

As a 3rd party employer TPs goal is to win business, over deliver on metrics and win more business. The bottom line was metrics and numbers, no one cared about customers - just about productivity. The people who fooled the system and did poorer work but more measurable productivity (ie. calls and emails with little value) were often the same who were promoted. Staff who complained or were unhappy were often fired unfairly, many of them went to court successfully. Expectation from management was that the average rep would stay 6-9 months max; promotion was trainer or manager and these roles were very limited. No senior account managers or incentive to stay long term. Account Strategist to a manager was a small salary increase but experience none the less. Account Strategist to a trainer role was the same salary. Targets increased quarterly, one quarter it was raised so high that many people quit or were very unhappy at work and said it was unachievable. It was and the targets were reduced 3 months later.

Pros

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Kontras

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
