Everyone is so awesome. I love the team I came in with 9 months.

My equipment is outdated. My system couldn't load at all today to even take one call. I was working with IT all day and at one point I was logged off payroll due to a supervisor who is not my immediate supervisor couldn't get in touch with me and felt it was nessasary to log me out of the system that clocks our paid time. I was follwoing protacol from my supervisor and there was no reason for involvement of the other supervisors. The con I have is I beleive my equipment needs an update... and IT keeps putting a bandaid of an excuse like there is an outage. I love what I do and who I work for. It's the equipment for us home agents that needs updating! I also had 8 referrals for people interested in what I do and not one of them was given the opportunity to join TP before they closed the referral. Referral program really doesn't work

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
