Pros

-Ability to work overtime during peak times. -Work from home.

Kontras

-Too many meetings and not having enough time to coach your team. -Being in constant fear of losing your job. -Can be terminated and not know. It starts with a layoff with a promise to move the employee to a new program that never happens. Then, it's calls for no call no show. -Team changes from one enrollment period to another, which causes a lack of cohesion. -Agents are captive and have a very difficult time getting released from captive status.

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Kontras

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
