Pros

People I worked with were pretty cool. We are all in the same boat. So there does not seem to be a condescending theme amongst the Agents, trainers, and supervisors.

They say that they promote from within. However, 2 accounts just ended and they put new hires, (people who had never worked here),over 50-80 experienced call center agents. Meanwhile, agents who were experienced are being furloughed for over a month, and put into an account that doesn't start training for 5-6 weeks. SO the new hires started immediately, and the agents who had been working here for months and years were forced to go 1-2 months without a paycheck. This make ZERO SENSE. Why train an entirely new workforce when you have people who have been there, done that, and force the people who were loyal to go look for work elsewhere. Horrible management. I mean it is literally absurd. I have no loyalty to this company after this. They dont care about me, I dont care about them. Plain and simple. I'll continue to collect a paycheck, but other than that I don't care. I'll continue to look for work elsewhere.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
