a good foot in the industry. A good "in-between" job or second job. Always hiring.
Kontras
Incentives and bonuses are hardly rewarded. Promises go unkept. Pay is non-competitive, low, and no chance of raise regardless of merit, performance, or promise. Very obvious favoritism towards different accounts. The highest turnover I have ever heard and seen. no point in tenure.
