Pros
Technical learning opportunities and experience working for household names. Was fairly easy to get hired, though they over booked the training class and I had to wait a week to come back for the start of the next training. Fairly low typing speed requirement (tested on site).
Kontras
On one acct. my team manager turnover was astounding. I had about 4-5 team manager changes in more than a year, most of them left the company. Those managers only got a .50/hr increase, put on salary and were worked longer hours. Not much incentive for that first advancement. Fail a retest during training and you may very well get fired.
