Salary vs the amount of work is not proportionate. Too many under the table promotions. Some promoted employees are incompetent. We do lots of work but paid lower than the agents. Trainings are just for show. Incentive is based on an exam. Everyone have cheat sheets and the undeserving MCs will just pass it. KPI for WFM is based on likeablity.
