none, I cannot see anything positive about this place.

they gave us 2 weeks "training" which could have been condensed into 2 days because there was so little actual training that it was beyond a joke, then straight onto the call floor. every single person in my training group looked like a rabbit in headlights. all of us have no idea what to do and my team leader conveniently took that day off. other TL's helped a little, but they go so tired of answering questions that they got tired of helping us. I have to admit that one or two people helped us a great deal, but there were so many people requiring help that they were overloaded. I feel physically sick at the idea of going to work, and the pay is appalling. I earned more as a waiter and as a dishwasher when i was 17.

Very accomplishing environment, I enjoyed speaking with customers.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
