Great place to work at in the Treasure Valley. Management is very supportive and encourages you to advance in knowledge and to move up the Corporate ladder. From the very start you get professionally trained to do your job and are always helped along the way by not only your Supervisors but by your peers as well. Dress is casual, the work atmosphere is made to be comfortabe and everyone are pros at what they do. There is extensive help and support from whomever you meet there and are always welcome and encouraged to do better and advance your self within the company and are rewarded and compensated for the effort you put forward. I encourage you no matter what age you are to come check out the opportunity that awaits you here, you'll be glad you did, I know I am.

So, the cons to this job are not really anything that doesn't matter anywhere else. You have to show up to work, you have to be on time, you can't yell or swear at anyone including the customers. You have to do your job as taught. That's about it.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
