Pros

There are a numbers of things that I can say good about my job at Teleperformance. I love waking up and coming to work. My co-workers make it fun to be around at work. I love helping people understand their role at Teleperformance and explain why it is so important to come to work. There is a lot of room to grow in the company, I started off as an agents and moved up. I love the job I do.

Kontras

I was everyone would treat others with respect. Also for the other employees to treat the computers, desk, chairs and other equipment like they would there own belongings.

We have a fantastic team of supervisors that have our back when needed. We have a great team of agents.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
