Pros

Very laid-back. Very recreational. They do try to make employees feel comfortable.

Disorganized Forces shift changes on people that are unreasonable Too laid back and very discriminatory. Females will be wearing dresses where you can almost view areas that shouldn't be allowed in work places and I wear a dress one day that went to my knees and was told I was not allowed to wear that dress. There was once a girl in a white tee-shirt with no form of bra on and you saw everything on the floor. The company inside smells like Marijuana so badly it makes me sick and many employees come in high on Marijuana. I have witnessed a drug deal right by the door by employees that work on my floor. Security will let people in with this smell with no questions asked. Had an employee be extremely disrespectful to me when I asked a standard question to fulfill a customer's request. Plus, our hours have been cut back almost every week for mandatory time off. It seems like in the branch I am in, they just hired anyone who made an application.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
