Refused bathroom breaks (was threatened with docked pay, or that I need to work unpaid overtime for the time I was in the bathroom). This is illegal, but managers like to feel like big men and make staff cry.
Sort-of clean environment, but managers and staff literally reek with BO
Was refused to have my medications on my desk as per policy. More than a few times my crucial inhaler was picked up from my desk and thoroughly inspected by power-hungry managers happening to pass by. By the looks of them, they didn't wash their hands, and touched my inhaler after! I had to keep disinfect the apparatus as it kept being inspected. Official reason: I could hide contraband. Actual reason: managers need something to lord over us others.
No chance of progressing through the company unless you were sleeping with the managers. Witnessed people receive promotions knowing nothing of the campaign moving up swiftly, whereas people possessing much knowledge of the work stuck in the trenches.
Went home in tears more than a few times due to treatment from senior staff

People don't dress professionally - many people walking around barefoot or with inappropriate length dresses
Too cold or too warm, needed to bring in blankets and hot water bottles in the winter so as to not freeze
