- You can move up! The company believes strongly in promoting from within. They've implemented a new process to prevent favoritism in the promotion process - also awesome! - Management works with you to train you and the higher up you move in the company - the better it gets! - Open communication from management - not withholding important information. - 401k and insurance - $100 referral bonus - unlimited

- not all management has gone through the new management training. This means some managers are awesome and some need some real help.

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Kontras

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
