Pros

The Company is lenient in diverse personality and fashion of its employees as long a it don't violate company's dress code.

Kontras

Gutless motivation to keep the employee going. Upper management is far from people oriented or employee centered ethics. They push you to the extreme which gets the program on top but hard earned incentives and bonus are delay and shorted. Dollar - Peso exchange rate is more than 46. Hello! Your conversion rate is 44 for more than 1 year! This is on a monthly payout where's the rest of the money go? BIG QUESTION Upper Management loves to push agents that it is expected from them to hit their goals as they are paid. Well, back at you. The company pays You. It is expected of your job to fix this and it is more than 1 year. Hard earned incentives at Php44 dollar exchange rate and delay on sales pay out. I speak under 1 program of the company

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
