your colleagues are the only thing to get you through. sometimes you get a good manager too, only sometimes though. the benefits were probably the best thing.

managers couldn't care less about you, team leaders changed every week in my campaign. no job security, awful employee care, no team meetings, no quality check. training should have been longer and more structured. chat of progressing onto a better role - nothing. i was also on a 40 hour contract and there was no time to myself, we approached the manager about reducing our hours to 37.5 months before I left and nothing.

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
