Pros

Only the exterior part and the way management projects itself.

Although the company says it believes in open door policy but its not true. Team members including managers believe in settling scores instead of overall growth. If you ask questions when you can't understand anything then everyone just pounces on you. No work ethics are followed. There is no place to go if you want to share something be it positive or negative.People who have joined before you and are thenure but haven't meet targets before being tenured and still can't are kept in the team just because they don't open the mouth and people who have just joined are expected to meet targets irrespective of their not getting any help from SME, Managers or Team Leaders. So if any one things of joining Teleperformance Jaipur then beware because its not a place where you can grow but your career will be hampered. So never join Teleperformance.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
