• Everyone is extremely nice. The environment is very friendly and supportive, they know what kind of job customer service is and especially when you’re a new hire they are very understanding about it. The environment is extremely nice, at least in the office of the product I was assigned to. • Nice Benefits • I appreciated the fully paid training • Within the role there are also other responsibilities one can take to make the job less repetitive • There are often internal openings

Kontras

• Communication is a weak point, you kinda just find out things, you get assigned new tasks/roles and you just do it. It can be a pro if one likes chaos honestly.

Pros

All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

Kontras

It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
