Easy poor, incompetent management - Pot Carrier bei TMS International: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management was completely incompetent and lied to employees constantly. I was lied to multiple times when it came to raises as were a few others. The new site superintendent took the company for being a good place to work to be a place where you are constantly micromanaged, under paid, lied to, and generally get to feel like you don't matter. Also, the benefits package did not include vision and the co-payments for some offices were high.
