Really my only con is about pay and 401k retirement.
Pays less than most companies, but like I said I am not micromanaged.
Annual raise increases are only 3% or less each year- no matter how much you excel in or received an increased workload.
Does not do 401k match. Most companies provide match up to 6 or even 10%. This company gives 3% profit sharing of what you make in a year.
