Work condition highly depends on the group you work in - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei TIMI Study Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I work at the TIMI group. Workers are the clogs of the research machine. If the group you work in has good morale, and works smoothly, then it is the best place to work in. If not, then it is hard to work in, and we get high turn over rate. It is very hard to rate. I have worked in two groups. First group was simply great, with great people. Then I was transferred to second group was not so good. People kept leaving from there. Everyone is really friendly.
