Pros
This is great company. Management cares very deeply about employees personal happiness. There is remarkable amount of personal flexibility in working from home or at work. Very generous holiday policy. Management pushes decisions/responsibilities downward in the organization. This gives employees a lot of autonomy, responsibility, and hence room to grow and make mistakes. Anyone unhappy here probably hasn't worked in a lot of other firms where they don't have all of the above.
Kontras
This is a dynamic company that produces new products and services to adjust to the market. You have to willing to stay flexible and adjust your work to the changing company goals and priorities. If you are unable/unwilling to change, probably not a good spot for you.
