It’s a great environment to expand your coordination and technical skills across trades. The company also values team spirit, organizing bonding activities like BBQs and social events. After one year of service, I received AWS, and bonuses are awarded based on performance and project success. And yes, of course, necessary benefits such as medical leave are provided as usual.
