Pros
1. Open Door Policy: Access to the heads of the company, at any time, for any reason! Your opinions and ideas matter, with Jon and Jon actually listening and implementing any way to help.
2. Teamwork/Partnering: Whether you are a rookie or well-versed veteran, learning and growing comes from coordinating, especially across generations. This opens the resources, knowledge and clientele base for everyone.
3. Training and Education: The THG Foundations classes are fantastic and, although I have graduated, I continually attend because the content is fantastic and reminds you of where you are and where you have come from.
4. Innovative Corporate Model: Welcomes all individuals, with differing backgrounds, including economic and societal viewpoints. All that matters is how hard you work, respect for yourself, respect for your colleagues, and most importantly, respect for your clients!
5. Training is not just for sales, but also how to think and grow like a business owner. This is greatly beneficial, no matter what stage you are within the industry.
Kontras
1. No casual Friday! hahaha
2. Licensing and continuing education costs are out of pocket and sometimes not reimbursed depending on what licensing/designation you are trying to get. These are necessary costs though, which should just be included in your business plan.
