Awful culture - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei THG: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The people on my team were lovely but the wider company do not care about staff at all, there are layoffs every year and there is zero job security, I was in a redundancy process and it was handled horrifically with no transparency or empathy and roles were even being posted externally in the beginning of the process that those of us at risk would've been eligible for. Teams are either understaffed with junior team members / execs picking up x2/3 their normal workload, or overstaffed leading to layoffs of people who have only just been hired. It’s a shame because a lot of the people are lovely but the wider culture is exactly as brutal as everyone says it is.
