      - hybrid (although they've mentioned taking this away) - minimal work to do since the brands are failing

      - MEAN GIRL ENERGY in the employee base - nothing gets approved by finance because there is NO BUDGET, so you're doing work for nothing - no communication between teams - LAYOFFS EVERY FEW MONTHS
