Only being at Tessco for a year and a half, I have already seen so much growth in the company as a whole as well as individual career advancement opportunities. Tessco really invests in their employees and encourages them to pursue a position that can lead to bigger and better things. The industry is fast-paced and continually changing, which makes the job interesting and exciting. I would recommend Tessco as an enjoyable place to work where you can have wonderful coworkers and learn a lot about the wireless industry.

At times, communication between departments and teams can suffer and cause a delay as well as a lack of productivity. Upper management is continually made aware of these occurrences and make plans for future improvements.
