Some of the other workers are great, other than that, no pros about the work.

- Coming into this place with I.T experience and teaching these so called "managers" how to actually do the job properly - on your case 24/7, get yelled at for absolutely no reason. - you don't do the work, management aren't happy. You go well above the target, management still isn't happy - absolutely zero training when it comes to new staff and people looking for an opportunity - management has a few select favorites, some employees get treated far better than others - some managers don't even arrive at the right time, and when they do come in, they blame their workers for it, like what are you suppose to do when the manager is over 45 minutes late every day... - HR.. never heard of it. - No female toilets, and the male toilets are a nightmare, (human feces on seats, shoe and dirt marks all over and around the toilet bowl, pee on the floor, snot on the walls) and nothing is done to stop this from going on. - high expectations, zero commitment from the management - the system runs like a lemon - pure stinginess, and nothing but disagreement when it comes to trying to help make the workplace a safe environment. - some managers are bullies, don't give a rats tail about anyone or anything. - zero quality - if you want to go home angry everyday, this is the place for you. - pests crawling around the break room, fridges are full of mold and it smells like dogs feces all the time, nothing is done to fix this problem after so many complaints - absolute joke when seeking help or guidance from any of the managers, the employees are far more helpful 0/10 - would rather clean toilets for the same pay.
