      None - nothing redeeming about this place

      Kontras

      Worst Leadership ever. Company is basically dieing on the vine. Has been running on maintenance dollars for years with little to no new growth and the leadership is not capable of doing anything other then coasting it out till the end.

      Pros

      Company reinvesting in staff and product. I was on a 12 month contract but there were 6 new full time hires in 2016. Their staff have all been there a long time so there is a great team environment.

      Just the general cons of working for a smaller company. You have to wear a lot of hats. Sometimes asked to do things outside realms of responsibility. No major cons in all honesty.
