Pros
Pay is better than most, good benefits, pension plan, you know when your days off are ahead of time and can use that to plan doctor’s appointments, vacations, etc. Get out early enough to run errands, your schedule coincides with your kids. Some people know how to work as a team. You can meet some really great people. Networking is awesome.

Too much work too little appreciation and pay, gotta watch your back, seniority means nothing, too much responsibility on educators and not enough on students or parents, standardized testing is redundant demoralizing for students and inconclusive data results. The list goes on.
