The affiliation of the TD Bank Financial group and their strong balance sheet helps the reputation of the wholesale bank. Senior management supportive and well respected.

Various front office departments don't always work well together and as a result there could be more cross selling opportunities. Year end bonuses not paid until January even though fiscal year end is October 31st.
