Pros

The position allows you to learn most bank procedures in a short period of time. There are many areas to learn and research.

Kontras

The hours are dificult for a good work life balance. TD expects a very lot from their employees. More so than your average bank. Also, if promoted within it is difficult to move up the payscale. The incentive pay is also kind of a joke. I guess it was really good back in the day, but not so much anymore. Even if your branch is the top in the region the bonus is very small.
