Building's and facilities are relatively new. There are some good people working there.

Rampant racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia; dishonest management; unqualified managers; blatant nepotism (all of the managers are friends of the owners and make significantly more than anyone else. There is profit sharing if you're in their inner circle, otherwise you cap out around $80k max as an engineer.); inconsistent pay scale, no set dates for raises; someone was sexually harassed during my time there and it was swept under the rug; no work life balance; they try their best to not let you take vacation; management has outright said they target young professionals right out of school, because they can pay them less and they'll ask for less. They often fire people and replace them once they have any tenure and start asking for more money.; unfairly distributed christmas bonuses.
