- High work load sometimes - Demand for fixing issues and technical support after your work day due to the 24/7 nature of the business and different timezones of LATAM offices with no scheduled nor paid watch periods - Lack of remote working - Overall lack of staff (it needs 20-30% more people in most departments for everything to work better) - Average perks and office space (sponsored meals and nicer workspace would be an added bonus)

Everything. Micro management, specially the CEO, he loses constantly the focus and he takes care of silly stuff. Classism and male chauvinism of board members.
