My overall experience with the company was disappointing due to several recurring issues that significantly affected employees. The biggest concern was the frequent delay in salary payments. Salaries were delayed almost every month, and at one point employees went nearly three months without receiving their pay. Despite the delays, there was very little communication from the leadership. Employees were not proactively informed about the reasons for the delays or provided with clear timelines, which created unnecessary uncertainty and frustration. Whenever employees approached the director to discuss salary delays, the conversations were often not taken seriously. Instead of providing clear answers or timelines, the discussion would sometimes be diverted with jokes, leaving employees without meaningful updates. Another concern was the lack of transparency regarding compensation and employee benefits. During the hiring process, ESOPs were presented as a significant part of the compensation package. However, based on my experience and observations, many employees joined with the expectation of receiving ESOPs, but I did not see those expectations materialize. The company should clearly communicate the eligibility criteria, timelines, and status of ESOP grants instead of creating unrealistic expectations. The company also lacks a structured and transparent performance review and appraisal process. Salary increments appeared to depend largely on the director's discretion rather than on a formal performance evaluation. Employees were informed that the appraisal cycle would run from October to October, but salary revisions were not implemented in October as communicated and only took effect from January. It was also promised that arrears from October would be paid, but based on my experience, those arrears were never received. Work-life balance was another concern. Employees were often expected to work on Saturdays without prior planning or a consistent schedule. There was no clear communication about weekend work, and employees frequently did not know until the last minute whether they would be required to report to work, making it difficult to plan personal commitments. A few years ago, the company was considered a good place for freshers to learn and gain practical experience. However, based on my recent experience, the work environment has changed significantly. The ongoing salary delays, lack of transparency, unfulfilled commitments, and poor communication have had a noticeable impact on employee morale, and many employees appeared frustrated because of the continued financial uncertainty.
