Always really cool, amazing what the finished product end up as. -Fast Paced, wont get bored. -Always changing environment (projects and footprint) -Ability to showcase individual skills. Lots of problem solving baked into quick turn project cycles, often times not micromanaged. -Very large operation that works together to deliver projects.

-Sometimes too many hours -Lots of false starts, parts changing or no longer needed -Not a lot of Standards or Consistency in what to do or how to do it. -Asked to do a lot of tasks outside of typical job duties.

Great coworkers. Cool projects. Interesting work.

Very low pay for demanding hours. Bare minimum benefits. Rigid, paternalistic managerial culture from the C-suite down. TAIT keeps buying our competitors so there’s nowhere else to work.
