Because the company moves it's candidates to human trials, everyone knows their work matters. The culture is quite serious, and in the laboratory, the quality of meaningful data is important. There is not major competition between drug programs, so everyone is solution oriented.

Because the deep drug pipeline, there is so much to learn, it is not common to fully appreciate all the aspects of what we are making. There isn't always time to celebrate people's great contributions. The facility is filling up, but still okay.
