Toxic From the Top Down This was hands down one of the worst work environments I’ve experienced, entirely because of management. They were arrogant, condescending, and openly hostile, treating employees like they were incompetent instead of offering actual leadership. Training was a joke—confusing, rushed, or nonexistent—yet management had no problem blaming employees for mistakes caused by their own failures. What truly made this place unbearable was how management protected each other at all costs. They closed ranks, ignored legitimate concerns, and shut down anyone who dared to speak up. Accountability did not exist unless you were below them. Favoritism and ego ruled the workplace, not professionalism or respect. If you’re looking for support, growth, or even basic human decency from leadership, stay far away. This place burns through employees for a reason.
