The service delivery managers and project managers do not know technology. They rely on ppl who are working there to tell them all about it. Not a safe place for women. The management is very bad. Even during floods not one single call from hr to ask how the employees are doing. When the whole chennai came together during floods these guys never have work from home option or holiday and all leaves were considered as paid leaves. It was extremely difficult to cope with the loss of my belongings and then stg team was behaving to cut every penny. They claim to be good.but truly if you join here you will be busy hunting g another job. The service deliver managers and project managers ensures no growth in technology and projects.
