Strong desire to keep employees STF truly cares I worked with STF for 4+ years. All remote, but I did not have any disconnect from the managers, HR, and other departments. My manger/PM was very hands on with employees. She truly cares for me as a person and cared about my career. She looked out for all her employees and went to battle for them in times of need. The upper management was approachable and knew who you were. Everyone looked out for each other. STF LTD has been the best employer I've ever worked for. I'd go back even for lesser pay. Unfortunately my position was cut due to contractual lack of funding, but they are still trying to find funds and positions to bring me back onboard, crowd sourcing my resume from coast to coast through all departments.
