They say change is the new constant, but there is a ton of resistance to change. No/very limited opportunity for advancement, lack of standard processes that are followed consistently, very cliquey. Compensation is often times below market, raises are not great (if you get one); benefits are expensive. CEO is in the office, but doesn't interact much outside of upper management.
