The things that I learned while working there increased my desire to improve my skillset and evolve in the tech industry. They set the bar for expectations in an MSP workplace for me)

Decent stepping stone while looking for something better. Easy to get hired due to high turnover.

Employees outside the inner circle are treated like dirt. New hires and openly and loudly made fun of. Managers are miserable and take it out on the staff and lack management skills. Help desk techs are overworked with a constant barrage of phone calls while already working multiple tickets with no support. Outside of the small group of employees who have been there for many years, turnover is surprisingly high. The passive aggressive attitude of the president sets an example that others follow. It’s a miserable place to be.
