1. Expected to work very long hours and sometimes, it will hit 15 hours straight when you are on site. 2.No fixed working hours and you can be activated anytime. (Expected to be available 24/7) 3. You are expected to work day and night jobs before the next day rest day. 4. Total medical claim is way too low compared to other companies out there. 5. Only one safety boots allowed to be replaced per year and 30 SGD given for that. 6. Some of the management team, wont even bother to greet nor talk with you unless they need something from you. 7. High turn over rate and many experienced engineers left the company. 8. There is no allowance given if you are working night and for driving the company van. Total operation Manpower is less than 6 personnel.
