Where to begin
CEO is far removed from day to day running since the company was acquired by overlords, which consequently leaves the MD to call the shots. MD is micro managey and can rub people the wrong way but attempts to mask it by pretending to be nice.
Some things to note:
- Churn/ turnover is high
- Promotion is an almighty battle and those lucky enough to get one are rarely paid market rate for their position
- Digital and Outreach teams favoured over others which again is reflected in salaries
- If you don't brown nose the senior management or continuously boast about your achievements then your work is hardly recognized
- Lots of empty promises
- Reports of racism and sexism by some colleagues
- Interagency HR Dept. is a shitshow
- Witnessed multiple people get the sack which highlights a poor recruitment and vetting process
