Need to hire more skilled and experienced senior management that know how to grow a company properly. Senior management are in over their heads and make poor strategic decisions ultimately leading to the slow demise of a company once built on strong values. Senior management are biased towards the outreach team & digital teams, don’t expect salary increases or promotions if you’re in a different department. Sexism & racism exist throughout the company. Microagressions occur regularly from senior management. Senior management have a habit of playing the blame game and humiliating you in front of the office and quick to point fingers without a full investigation.
