Claims to focus on love, caring and honesty but truth only want to exploit employees. Sales comm scheme changes everytime to reduce payout whenever possible or pay lesser Claim that need cut cost but can hire many PA just to make coffee serve director. Goes back on word, verbal agreement with employee because no black & white. Work there almost 4 years and no training given, no pay increment.
